Sanitation Employee Training
Scope:
To instruct the employees in the Sanitation Protocols.
Goal:
Give the employee the standards required by the organization in order to effectively
sanitate the facility.
Task:
1. Introduction to the different areas per employee.
2. Introduction to the different cleaning devices and chemicals.
3. Presentation of the different procedures to be performed per area.
Type of evaluation:
Each employee must show discuss the different components and its corresponding
area.
They must give examples of non-conforming clean up.
After passing the complete evaluation record of training must be documented and
archive.
