FOREWORD This Mini English-Cebuano Dictionary of Higaonon common words translation is integrated in the Ethnic Curriculum for Indigenous People (ECIP) books for Grade I and Grade II in English, Science, Math, and Sibikia at Kultura to help teachers and pupils in their actual teaching learning process in the Ethnic Community Schools. It is earnestly hope that this will aid teachers in making education truly relevant to the needs of our pupils, especially those in the Indigenous Cultural Communities (ICC).
