1. Tell me something about yourself:
Hi! My name is Jason Panquico and I’m 23 years old. I took up BS Nursing in NCBA Taytay Rizal.
I’m the youngest among 5 siblings. I’m a registered Nurse but as of this time, I don’t have any
plans to continue my nursing career. I love playing online games and surfing the net. I don’t
have work experience yet but I’m always ready and willing to learn new skills. I have the passion
to care about people.
2. Why do you want to work in a call center?
I want to work in a BPO company bec. It is a fast growing industry and a work place where I can
maximize and improve my computer and communication skills.
3. What is customer service?
Customer service is a way of life. It is about exceeding client’s expectations and helping them to
solve their problems and concerns.
4. Where do you see yourself 2-5 years from now?
I can see myself 5 years from now still working in your company as a trainer. I know that I can
motivate and share my knowledge with others.
5. Why should we hire you/ what is you advantage among other applicants?
You should hire me because I’m well motivated and I’m always ready and willing to learn new
skills.
6. Why should we NOT hire you?
You should not hire me because I have the tendency to be late but now I know how to manage
my time.

With atleast average command in English language, both oral and written.
With good Tagalog/Filipino communication skills.
