Historical Leaders
Donald Trump – Donald trump former president of the U.S used an authoritarian
leadership style. He was able to set up many businesses and he always knew where
he wanted to expand his businesses. Not only that but as a president he
commended other leaders to work with him so they would be able to rise in power
and defeat the obstacles that got in the way. This type of leadership tends to be
used by people who are or have similar ways as dictators lead. He used this
leadership style and was able to gain a great amount of power like he had wanted.
John F. Kennedy – Former president John F. Kennedy used laissez-faire and
democratic leadership style. He showed this type of leadership style when
managing the space project that had to be approved at the time. He also used an
autocratic leadership style because he was quick at making decisions and he
always made sure that his ideas would get through. He used both laissez-faire and
authocratic leadership style.
