INDUSTRY
Describing an industry
Task: Use the information you have learnt in this unit and your own imagination to describe the industry
of a company. You should write about an imaginary company, not one you need to research in order to
do the task. You will need to include the company name, what it does, which industry sector it belongs to,
details about it’s location including both human and physical features and it inputs, processes and
outputs.
Tip: Don’t choose a big company with multiple locations or sectors. Focus on one business in one location.
