The methods and materials that we use in our research are 1 pcs banana ,Clear glass
container, Spoon/Stirring rod/Strainer and Stick, Ziplock bag or using blender and Gauge
pad/filter paper.Also chemicals needed such as 1 tbsp Dishwashing liquid,120ml Water,1tbsp
Table salt and 50ml of 70%ethyl alcohol
In the experiment, we stand banana extracting mixture 5 to 10 minutes observing a bubble
formation until DNA will precipitate out of the solution
