Wrapuccino - Environmental Policy
A. Purpose
This document describes Wrapuccino Ltd’s policies and procedures for conducting their
operations and activities in an environmentally responsible and sustainable manner.
B. Background
We at Wrapuccino Ltd. are conscious of our social responsibilities with regards to helping the
environment through our working practices. Our objective is not only to sustain our environment
for our descendants but also to rehabilitate the damage previously done. We believe that our
corporate responsibility goes beyond our proprietary borders and therefore every effort will be
made to conserve resources throughout our operations.
Wrapuccino Ltd. will try to not only meet existing environmental laws and regulation, but will
endeavour to go beyond the status quo and see techniques and approaches that position us
ahead of our competition.
Growth of our company depends on our abilities to minimise or eliminate our impacts on our
surroundings. Our ultimate success depends on the environment of the planet. Our company’s
future and the future of our environment are interconnected.
C. Policy
Wrapuccino Ltd. is committed to protecting public health by conducting our operations and
activities in an environmentally responsible and sustainable manner. We are committed to
complying with all applicable laws and regulations. We recognise that reducing and, where
possible, eliminating the environmental impacts of our activities is an important part of our
mission as pioneers in the green industry. We strive to be a leader among British companies,
and other ‘green’ brands worldwide in delivering environmentally-friendly finished products to
our clients.
Wrapuccino Ltd.’s guiding principles and practices to achieve resource conservation, plastic
elimination, waste reduction, and sustainability overall are summarised below:

Comply with mandatory requirements and conduct our activities and operate our
facilities within applicable environmental laws and regulations
Conserve energy and other natural resources
Encourage employees to follow the same principles
Reduce, reuse, and recycle to reduce waste
Completely eliminate any use of plastic in and during packaging, delivery of goods or
storage
Adopt green procurement practices
Continue to review, minimise and reevaluate the impacts of our activities
D. Responsibilities
a) Energy Conservation
Employees shall:
1. Turn off lights when not in use and use natural light when possible.

2. Turn off, not just log off, all computers, terminals, speakers and other office
equipment at the end of every work day.
3. Turn off the power strip at the end of every work day.
4. Activate the power down features on any computer and monitor to enter into a
low-power or sleep mode when not in use.
5. Unplug equipment that drains energy even when not in use (e.g., mobile phone
chargers, fans, coffee makers, desktop printers, radios).
6. Use compact fluorescent light bulbs (CFLs) in desk lamps as opposed to
incandescent lights whenever possible.
7. Utilise videoconferencing and conference calls as an alternative to travel when
possible.
b) Reduction of Materials Consumption
Employees shall:
1. Avoid whenever possible using paper by distributing and storing documents
electronically.
2. Print and photocopy only what cannot be stored in any other way and double
side any printing jobs when possible.
3. Use the back side of old documents for faxes, scrap paper, or drafts.
4. Reuse whatever is possible for note-taking ad as stationery.
5. Eliminate any use of single-use plastic materials and use environmetally-friendly
replacements, such as paper tape, multi-use fabric bags, etc.
c) Reduce Fossil Fuel Consumption and Air Pollution

Print documents in black and white or grayscale whenever possible.

e) Commitment to Green Purchasing
Employees shall:
1. Purchase copier and printer paper that contains at least 30% post-consumer
recycled content.
2. Purchase office supplies and furniture that contain the highest percentage of
recycled and non-toxic content and no plastic materials, whenever possible.
3. Purchase products that contain biobased content whenever possible.
