Sub: Request for an Outside Accommodation.
I hereby humbly request to be allow to stay outside the company’s accommodation and the
financial implication be directly given to me or added to my salary.
This is necessary because, I am expecting my family which include my lovely wife and my
beautiful daughter come July, this year.
The status quo will enable me to conveniently fix my accommodation Issues on their arrival,
which will conversely enhance my productivity within the company with zero distraction and
ultimate focus on my primary assignment in the company.
I will be highly delighted if my request is favorably considered.
