hardware and software whereas business skills is the ability to understand the operations of a
business organization.

1. Networks and internet can help change information systems development by providing an
opportunity to create an infrastructure that would enable data to be transferred among the
departments or divisions within the information system which would help make
communications within the organization easier resulting in a more efficient system being
developed.
2. The request made by his friend is unethical as it is not morally right to misuse one’s authority to
obtain personal or sensitive information about people. The information requested by his friend
is confidential and remains in between the employees and the employer and it must not be
disclosed to any other person.
