Your Vision
With your partner, or by yourself, come up with your ideal world, and to create a poster that both explains how systems in your utopia will work and how they will be selfsustaining AND works as a recruiting poster to lure citizens to your world. You will be required to address some important systems in your world, and can choose from several
others or make up ones of your own that are catered to your vision. Also expected is that you will have hand-drawn artwork designed to be appealing to the eye of a wouldbe citizen of your world and a name for your utopia. You may have a theme if you want!
SIX total systems of society
Requirements: There are three systems in your utopia that you must explain. These are:
*government: structure, how chosen, role/responsibility of it
*education: how structured, expectations, opportunities, mandated number of years
*jobs: how chosen, different occupations, fields, salaries
Options: You may choose from three of the following or come up with other areas of your society on your own:
*”family” makeup: courtship, marriage, roles of members
*individual rights/responsibilities of citizens
*agriculture/food: how grown, distributed
*religion: organization, tolerance, guidelines for all
*military: how to protect country, obligations of citizens
*housing: how chosen, types, options
*cultural celebrations: traditions, holidays, etc.
*entertainment: types, cost
*transportation: cost, methods
