However, this Office recommends that a Certificate of Availability of Funds (CAF)
should be attached to the said MOA.
Thus, after the said CAF has been attached, the aforementioned MOA may
be endorsed to the Sangguniang Panlungsod for the issuance of a resolution
authorizing the Hon. City Mayor to sign the subject memorandum of agreement.
