LMX24xx RF PLL Family Low noise and low power fractional-N PLLs The LMX24xx family of PLLatinum™ RF PLLs offer a wide choice of products to meet the low noise and low power needs of applications like mobile wireless, compact RF, radar modules, microwave backhaul, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, land mobile radios, software defined radios and automotive radar. The LMX2492 offers excellent noise figureof-merit (FOM) of -227dBc/Hz and can connect to an external VCO up to 14GHz making it ideal for high frequency, high performance applications. The LMX2485E offers a dual PLL at a very low current consumption of 5mA for low power, hand-held applications.
