CONTACTPRO WEB REPORTER AND DASHBOARD
The ContactPro Web Reporter and Dashboard is a web-based solution to provide customers
enhanced deep dive reporting to the desktop frontend and management. This solution brings the
benefits of modern and flexible real-time and historical reporting to the end user and management
to get an overview about the status of your contact center for all used channels in Avaya and
ContactPro. The ContactPro Web Reporting Services can access Avaya Oceana/Breeze Context
Store, Avaya Communication Manager, Avaya CMS, Avaya AIC 7.x Database and/or Avaya OA
Database and Avaya EMC 6.x Database, as well as any CRM Database to connect.
