Housing: Lapped and spot welded 20-gauge CRS or stainless steel construction. National Sanitation Foundation (NSF) Listed gasketing material
provided to seal housing flange to ceiling structure.
Cross Section
Door Frame: One-piece type 304 stainless steel door frame with 90° bevelled
edges. Door frame suspended from housing by two 8” stainless steel aircraft
cables. Door frame gasketed to housing and secured with 12 captive flush
mounted stainless steel fasteners. See Options for 85 PSI rating (HD-85).

Reflector: Die-formed semi-specular aluminum reflector. Vertical lamp, Type
V distribution.
Lens: Inverted .156” C73 tempered glass lens silicone sealed in door frame
and secured with continuous stainless steel lens retention system.
Lamps: See lamp options listed below. Lamps supplied by others. Mogul
base sockets standard. See Options for medium base sockets (MBS).
Electrical: CWA high power factor, open core and coil ballast standard. See
Options for encapsulated ballast.
Finish: Gloss white high reflectance 1000 hr. salt spray polyester powder
coat finish standard for all CRS housings. Stainless steel doorframes are satin
polished unless option WHT is chosen.
