20-gauge CRS, stainless steel or aluminum construction. Each are only 4.5 inches tall.
Door Frame: One-piece overlapping style
18-gauge CRS , 20-gauge type 304 stainless steel or aluminum door frame with 90° hinged to housing with two stainless steel cables. Secured by captive stainless steel screws.

Lens: High durability .135” thick virgin acrylic with

Food Processing Series
2x2 LED Top Access Highbay Luminaires for IMP Installation
Certified for ISO-3, 209E Class 1 Cleanspaces
Specifications:
Housing: Three piece, welded, hole free 20-gauge CRS stainless steel or aluminum construction. Electrical section is secured by latches for easy installation and servicing.
Trim Frame: One-piece 18-gauge CRS or type 304 stainless steel trim frame is not removable the room side for a sure seal. Trim Frame secured to the housing by 12
#12-24 screws installed from above. The seal is rated for 1700 PSI hose down (HD-
1700). All hardware is consealed for cleanability.
Gaskets: NSF Listed closed cell microcellular extruded KleanLock SealPro™ with vulcanized corners making a one-piece oil and solvent resistant gasket system.
Heat Sink: Extruded aluminum high efficiency finish. Located on the fixture top.
Reflector: Die formed metal with high reflectance white polyester powder coat finish. (minimum reflectivity 91%)
Lens: High durability .125" thick virgin acrylic with standard clear flat (no prisms) finish. See options for inverted high impact P12 prismatic pattern. All lenses are sealed to trim frame with NSF listed RTV silicone.
LEDs: Four Philips Fortimo Series HBMt 6000-54w-757 high brightness arrays that consist of 40 Luxeon LXA7-PW57 LEDs. CRI is rated at >70 for good color recognition. Commercial available arrays provides obsolesnece protection.
Electrical: Standard driver(s) - Electronic less than 20% THD high performance constant current programable and dimmable (0-10v). High power factor rated
>.95, with a supply voltage: 120-277 50-60hz and zero (0) off state power. Integral thermal protection feedback system allows assurance of long LED life and a 5 year manufacturer warranty. The remaining parts carry a 25 year Kurtzon warranty. See warranty statement for details.
Finish: White powder coat finish (1,000 hour salt spray test) or 4-B (satin polish) stainless steel trim finish. See Options for white finished stainless trim.
Installation: Two .875" supply entrances for conduit connection. See below for mounting options.
Listings: ETL Listed for Wet Location. Dust and water resistance rated IP-66. NSF
-C2 listed for food zone.‡ Suitable for use in FDA & USDA inspected facilities. Certified ISO-14464-1 classes 3 to 9 Fed. Std. 209E Class 1.

Specifications:
Housing: One piece, seam welded, hole free 20-gauge CRS construction. Gasketed top cover allows all services from above. Fully white powder coated.
Door Frame: One-piece 18-gauge CRS or 20-gauge type 304 stainless steel door frame with 90° bevelled edges. Door frame suspended from housing by two 8"" stainless steel aircraft cables. Secured by 12-14 captive stainless steel screws.
