This qualification expires December 2018 and cannot be assessed after that time. The assessment includes: • Working through a number of assessment activities that require: • Examples of work produced on the job using the skills being assessed • Some written short answers • Some longer written documents as in some unit standards like “Write a Report” • Some verification forms from your supervisor • Verification forms from peers or staff members • Other workplace documents The assessments can be done over a period of time and can be done in a paper based manner or online). There is also capacity to present a portfolio of recent evidence for recognition of current competence for some unit standards as long as all of the unit standard’s requirements are met. It is beneficial to break the work into manageable chunks that align with the activities you currently do at work or the things you want to do at work.
