Information Pack National Diploma in Business Level 5 1 2 Course Description: National Diploma in Business (“NDIPBUSL5”) course is a nationally recognized qualification, developed by the institute and approved by New Zealand Qualifications Authority (NZQA). The course has been carefully structured and designed to meet the needs of students wishing to study Business & Management. The NDIPBUSL5 is a sub-­‐degree course to be completed over one academic year of full-­‐time study or equivalent part-­‐time study. The course will run for duration of forty teaching weeks. Standards based assessments shall be on-­‐going throughout the duration of the course. Course Aim: Work Entitlement: The course leads to a broad based Business and Management qualification that will qualify students for entry level careers within a range of industries that requires people with the knowledge and skills in business and management areas. International students while studying this course with us are entitled to work up to 20 hours per week. They can also work during Institute vacations. The qualification also equip graduates with ta range of marketing skill sets that are current to the industry.
