Our Story
Based in Richmond, Virginia, Open plan Systems traditionally has been known for
remanufacturing Herman Miller AO2 systems furniture to provide a high-quality,
low-cost, and environmentally-friendly source for modular furniture. In addition to
our sustainable solutions, our new OPS2 line of office furniture is made to major
manufacturer standards with the added benefits of flexibility and selection, all at
a significant cost-savings.
With more than 30 years of office furniture industry experience, Open Plan Systems
has developed into the largest remanufacturer of Herman Miller AO2 with dealers
carrying our produt lines throughout the country. Open Plan Systems is a leading
distributor of seating, case goods, and filling systems, and has developed the
innovative tile system and modular walls.
Our products are built to stand the test of time. All of our new and remanufactured
products are compatible with the original AO2 product.
Our Facility
Our 10-acre complex includes 135,000 square feet of manufacturing, shipping and
administration buildings, as well as a 125,000 square foot receiving and production
prep facility. We have invested more than $4 million in our state-of-the-art
manufacturing facility and $5 milion in inventory, allowing us to offer consistent and
efficient turnaround times, some as short as 7 days from receipt of order.
Sustainability is the core of the remanufacturing process. Sustainable practices,
including recycling, add even more value to our product lines, and reduce our
impact on the environment.

We take an active interest in the safety of your workplace. Every fabric we use is
class A fire rated and our new and remanufactured products are approved by
Underwriters Laboratories Incorporated. Many insurance policies have clauses limiting
the insurance company’s liability in the case of a claim due to the failure of a
non-UL-listed device.

Ships within 7 business days (allow additional days for transit time).
Must combine all One Week Program items only for One Week Program pricing.
Modular Walls, OPS2 Tile System, full and partial glazed panels, and open panels are not included in the One Week Program.
CUBICLE PANELS:
AO2 fabric panels available these heights: 39”H, 47”H, 53”H, 67”H – and these widths: 24”W, 30”W, 36”W, 48”W.
14”H Glass stackers are included in the program, to combine with either 39”H or 53”H fabric panels only.
Panels are capable of power/data integration, with ceiling power and base/wall power infeeds available.
CUBICLE WORK SURFACES:
Work surfaces & table tops: 24”D only
Leg options available for panel-free, freestanding capabilities
CUBICLE ACCESSORIES:
Overhead storage: 12”H open shelves and painted flipper door units (fabric covered doors not included).

Orders placed by 12:00 PM (EST) will be shipped 7 business days from the following business day.
Once order is placed, revisions and cancellations are not applicable. Order will be auto-approved for production.
