Work Orders - Create and edit work orders, assign work, track projects, charge time and materials (stock and non-inventory) to work orders, view asset history and perform many other functions related to maintaining your organization. You can also export any work order list view data to Microsoft Excel.
PM Work Orders - Manually or automatically generate your PM work orders. Generate your PMs based on many different scheduling methods. Use PM templates to quickly create an unlimited number of PMs for various assets.
Assets - Track the repair history, costs, warranty information, PMs and technicians related to your assets.
You can also group assets, such as fire extinguishers, to save paperwork.
Materials - Track stock and non-stock items necessary for your organization using the Average Cost Method of accounting. The Materials Module also supports stock in multiple warehouses, while tracking inventory levels at the summary level, as well as the individual warehouse level.
Purchasing - Manually or automatically generate requisitions related to items listed in the Materials
Module.
You can also create and print purchase orders. This module is integrated with the Materials Module to allow for accurate tracking and ordering of items.
Planned Events - Schedule regular events related to your maintenance program, such as training, meetings and fire drills.
Resources - Track who the employees and contractors are, what work they have performed on a specific day and charge time to not only work orders, but also directly to an account or asset. Also perform a productivity analysis.
Tasks - Build a library of instructions for work orders organized by skill and task type. You can place as many of these tasks on work orders as needed.
Reporting - Automatically create reports. In order to meet your reporting requirements, iTMS OnLine includes many customizable reports, modifiable list views and the ability to export report data to Microsoft Excel.
