For Use on Sunnen® CK-21 Vertical Honing Machines
INTRODUCTION
4. Turn OFF all power to the Machine.
Sunnen®
CK-6000 CE Cover Kit is designed to be
installed on Sunnen CK-21 Vertical Honing Machine
to ensure they conform with CE safety standards.
5. Remove one screw on each side of machine’s
A-Frame (refer Figure 1).
INTALLATION
6. Attach CE Cover to A-Frame using two screws
removed in step 5 and hardward provided.
Read the following instructions carefully and thoroughly
before installing the CE Cover (see Figure 1).
1. Assembly Frame (item’s 1, 3, & 6) using the
hardware provided.
2. Attach Side Covers (item’s 4 & 5) to Frame.
7. Attach Cover Extension (item 14) to CE Cover
as shown (see Figure 2).
8. Turn ON power to machine and check that
Overarm clears Cover. Adjust as required.
3. Attach Rear Cover (item 2) to Side Covers.
