Set-up according to production schedule / dispatch list order. 1. When a change over occurs. 2. Identify proper tooling (supplied by tool room). 2. Per set-up sheet and blueprint. 3. Check condition, install and adjust tooling. 3. Repair or replace as needed. 4. Adjust equipment (fine tuning set-up). 4. As needed. 5. Process 1st piece approvals. 5. At the start of each shift and during shift as needed. 2. Check for broken oil lines, excessive wear on equipment/tooling. 2. At the start of shift. Replace worn parts as necessary. 3. Listen for noises or unusual activity (using too much oil, wrong sound). 3. Notify maintenance department. 4. Replace worn/broken bolts, springs, tooling. 4. As needed. 5. Visually inspect for dirt/sludge buildup on machine stations. 5. Clean as needed. 6. Identify/communicate maintenance problems. 6. As needed. 7. Change draw box oils. 7.
