AUTOMATIC OPERATION
TO MAXIMISE EFFICIENCY
DENSE BALES FOR
MAXIMUM PAYLOADS
All vertical balers are built with low operator requirements
in mind. As labour costs continue to increase, the need
to ensure efficiency becomes more and more essential.
Your operator no longer has to wait for the baler to finish
its cycle before reloading as all our baling machines
press plates automatically return to the top to ensure
continuous loading. And a bale full warning light system
will indicate to your operator when it is full. Also available
on our larger models is an automatic sliding door. This
not only increases operational efficiency but reduces the
space requirement of the baler to, again, ensure that you
maximise your productivity in all areas of the business.
The B3 baler may
make the smallest
bale in our range but
the bale has a high
density. This not only
ensures
maximum
payloads for your
recycler but minimises the
amount of bale handling required.
The GB3 baler is also provided with a bale
trolley to enable easy bale handling and removal.
MAXIMUM PAYLOADS
SLIDING DOORS
Our mill size balers are designed to produce a bale that is
not only dense but is ergonomically sized to ensure efficient
loading of a 40 foot lorry trailer/container so that maximum
payloads can be obtained (see drawings). We are confident
of your complete satisfaction with our baling solution.
The Greenbank baler sliding door system is especially
designed to maximize operator efficiency. The door does not
only slide down vertically but will also push inwards to ensure
all loose material is tightly in the baler before baling. This
added safety feature also becomes a operational benefit as
the baler footprint is much lower as a consequence.
MODERNISATION
As previously mentioned we are constantly improving the
designs of our equipment. The most up to date hydraulic and
electronic systems are used in our equipment to minimise
running costs and simplify use.
STRONG HYDRAULIC
COMPACTION
All our vertical balers come with hydraulic press force as
standard. Hydraulic machines produce minimal noise for
maximum pressure on your waste. This reinforces your
satisfaction as we improve the efficiency of your operations.
AUTOMATIC
SERVICE
RECOGNITION
Like the car you drive, our balers’ efficiency is maintained
with regular servicing. All models are now available with an
automatic Service Pulse System that informs our office in
case of breakdown or service requirement. Supplied as an
optional extra, this can be adapted to include your own
existing systems.
