MARRIAGE COVENANT
RENEWAL TURN OUT
The Marriage covenant
renewal ceremony held
on Father’s Day was a
huge success. Nearly 50
couples were in attendance, and the church was
filled. Please remember
to thank Fr. Joe if you
haven’t already, for a
wonderful blessing.
NEW MEMBER
Please welcome Matthew
Rowland to the council!
His 1st Degree Exemplification was held June 7.
OFFICER ELECTIONS
Officer elections were
held in June. Notable
changes: our new GK is
Ted Kapera, in his first
time as GK. Michael
Chin replaces Ted as
Financial Secretary. Larry Raymond replaces
Jeff Chapman as Chancellor. HBO is now Advocate. Don Fuller replaces
Brian LeJeune as Inside
Guard. David Pigott replaces Ed McGowan as
Lecturer. And Larry
Beaubouef stays on as
one of the Trustees and
heads the Membership
Program. Please welcome and pray for our
new officers, and give
thanks to those who
served out their terms.
PARISH CENSUS
The Parish Council is undertaking a Parish-wide
census. Census forms will
be available beginning
July 30. Look for details
in upcoming bulletins and
Mass announcements. All
information received will
be held in strictest confidence, and we strongly
encourage you to participate. The census will aid
the PC to better serve
the parish.

Knights,
As I begin my first term
as your Grand Knight, I
would like us all to reflect.
In this time, when Christians
are being persecuted world
wide, I believe it is an honor and blessing to be a
Knight of Columbus.
The KC set a new alltime record last year with
over $175M in donations
and more than 73.5 million
hours of service. The numbers were announced at the
annual Organizational
Meeting of State Deputies
in New Haven.
We should be proud of
the work we do, and yet
remain humble in service,
and for the blessing to be
able to serve.
I look forward to serving you as Grand Knight.
