SFMS will continue to utilize the data team process
through collaboration on common formative
assessments (pre-assessments and post assessments),
lesson planning, embedding intentional strategies, and
analyzing assessment data to drive instruction and check
for mastery of standards.
Instructional Strategies
SFMS will improve instructional delivery through the
implementation of research-based differentiated
instructional strategies to personalize learning.
CCRPI
SFMS will increase the number of students with typical
or high Student Growth Percentiles thereby increasing
the Achievement Gap Points on the CCRPI leading to a
higher overall CCRPI score.
SFMS will continue to improve the overall CCRPI score
by increasing the Exceeding the Bar points.

comprehensive assessment system that
generates a range of data about student

Each teacher will evaluate the efficacy
of his or her instruction by analyzing
several years of student performance
data.
The administration will monitor the data
collected for the Exceeding the Bar
Indicators.
If teachers improve their instruction based upon
an evaluation of efficacy, then student
achievement will increase and the Student
Growth Percentiles will rise.
If the administration monitors the Exceeding the
Bar Indicators and ensures the mastery of the
school reaching or exceeding the desired
benchmarks, then SFMS will raise the Exceeding
the Bar points and the overall CCRPI score.
