UNDERSTANDING GOALS (CONCEPTS):
Students will understand: The destructive nature of
religious warfare and the secularized culture that is
created through religious stife. Students will
understand the basic tenents of Absolutism as well as
its development in France and England. Finally, the
students will asses the impact of the Atlantic trade
empire on European politics.

Ironside, Cavaliers, Musketeets, Prime minister,
Commonwealth, protectorate, and other
vocabulary over the next 3 weeks.
