Devin McComb is a real estate partner located in our Seattle, Washington office.
Devin’s practice includes all manner of transactional real estate law, with a particular
emphasis on commercial and agricultural finance, leasing and acquisition and
disposition of commercial, industrial and agricultural properties. He regularly
represents institutional lenders in complex commercial, agribusiness, farm, ranch and
dairy loans throughout the Pacific Northwest and manages a streamlined process that
delivers consistent and predictable results. Devin also counsels landlords and tenants
in all types of leasing transactions for office, industrial, warehouse, medical and retail
space and assists them in drafting and negotiating leases, subleases and ground
leases. He is also experienced in structuring complex real estate transactions,
coordinated due diligence in real estate, corporate mergers and acquisitions, and
general commercial transactions.
