Job Title
Leasing Consultant
Scope and Purpose
The Leasing Consultant works with other staff members, especially as relates to
leasing and marketing of available units. Leasing Consultants will be trained and
assigned other related duties as a member of the on-site team. The Leasing
Consultant reports to the Property Manager. Valid Drivers License is required.
Any change in status of Drivers License must be reported to supervisor
immediately upon notice.

Lease apartments and assist with off-site marketing.
Assist in daily inspection and upkeep of models, model entries and overall
property appearance.
Follow all Fair Housing laws.
Complete or assist in the processing of lease applications.
Prepare and properly execute Lease Agreements and related forms.
Prepare and maintain resident files and general office files.
Complete or assist the Assistant Manager in maintaining up-to-date accurate
reports, lease packages, market surveys, web sites and other correspondence.
Assist in collection of rents and deposits.
Assist in initiating work orders and follow-though for completion.
Be knowledgeable and able to assist in scheduling preparation of vacant
units for occupancy.
Be knowledgeable and assist in all legal proceedings concerning property.
Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude.
Perform move-in and move-out inspection procedures.
Maintain courteous communication with residents, applicants and
representatives of other companies.
Assist with the Renewal Process.
Check general voicemails when assigned
Inspect clubhouses where applicable.
Assist with follow up on internet leads.
Perform other duties as may be assigned by management.
