Justification
Marketing tool to promote and inform individuals of services to students,
staff, employers and general public, with new job website current information
outdated.
Staff accessibility to Public Folders; about 300 guides needed; Guide informs
on-campus supervisors of policies, procedures and process of hiring student
assistants.
Supplies include items such as pens, pencils, phone message pad, envelopes,
floppy disks, colored paper (for flyers), ink cartridges, etc.
Required to maintain program objectives, long range and action plans, and
district strategic plans.

Out of town travel provides a forum to receive, share and exchange
information and ideas in the job services/development/employment areas.
To attend local conferences, workshops and off-campus
employer/employment meetings. This is also used as marketing tool for the
Job Services Program to partner with off-campus employers recruiting
students to fill job vacancies.
These include resources such as videos, CD-rooms, books, various software,
resume paper. Students can learn the latest job search and employability
skills, new ideas, and current employment practices.
