MINUTES
The Minutes of the briefings held on 16th, 20th and 23rd December, 2011, were agreed
as a correct record.

ENCOMBE PLACE, SALFORD 3
Richard Wynne reported that following a selection Panel a preferred buyer for Encombe
Place had been indentified and negotiations were currently ongoing with them with
regard to agreeing heads of terms and once this had been finalised a report would be
submitted as soon as possible for Lead Member approval.
