Strengths and Weaknesses Among Local
Residents
1. Determine what information is needed to
improve college services.
2. How are we going to get the information?
3. Compile the information in a useful and
user-friendly way.
4. Share the information and then decide
how to best use it to improve college
programs and services.

OBJECTIVE #2: Increase efforts to promote
CFCC’s academic services to perspective
students to increase enrollment.
1. Make college admissions information
more accessible.
 Widen distribution of continuing education
course schedule
 Establish a CFCC information kiosk in
Westfield Mall.
 Pursue new advertising opportunities.
2. Update student-recruitment materials
 New viewbook
 Update promotional video

2005-2006 Objectives
1. Provide an online database of the
monthly and yearly volume of print and
copy output to track efficiency.
2. Begin the process of acquiring a digital
direct-to-plate system for the offset
press. This eliminates the need for using
film negatives, the dependence on
outside vendors, saves money and time.

3. Assess client satisfaction with printing
services through development and use of
a point of contact survey. Evaluate survey
results and use for improvement of
services .
