Determine college-related strengths and weaknesses among local residents to better serve the public. 2. Increase efforts to promote CFCC’s academic services to perspective students to increase enrollment. 3. Foster a greater awareness of CFCC’s positive impact on the local community to improve public support. OBJECTIVE #1: Assess College-Related Strengths and Weaknesses Among Local Residents 1. Determine what information is needed to improve college services. 2. How are we going to get the information? 3. Compile the information in a useful and user-friendly way. 4. Share the information and then decide how to best use it to improve college programs and services. Provide an online database of the monthly and yearly volume of print and copy output to track efficiency. 2. Begin the process of acquiring a digital direct-to-plate system for the offset press. This eliminates the need for using film negatives, the dependence on outside vendors, saves money and time. 2005-2006 Objectives 3.
