Subject: Consideration of your linen supply service
I enjoyed meeting you very briefly at the Food and Beverage Industry Tradeshow held in
Dallas over Labor Day Weekend. After some additional research, I am interested in
getting more information about your services and prices. The Perfect Party is a small
company, with a maximum guest list of 300 at the events we cater. We are looking for a
cost-effective option for providing linens instead of paper products at some of our events.
Based on our previous conversation, I believe that your company may be able to
accommodate us.
I would like to get price points for linen provision in increments of 50, from 50 to 300
guests. We would need to provide napkins, table cloths assuming a configuration of 8 to a
table, and serving linens, which we usually estimate at one 12 foot table per 50 guests.
