Approval of the Agenda Motion to add Dr. Sylvia Carey-Butler to the guest speaker list Omega Delta Phi,
2nd by STAND, passed voice vote, no objections, no abstentions (02/09/15)

Approval of the Minutes – approved
Guest Speakers –
a. Chancellor Leavitt: authority to employees no longer state employees but public
employees. Will have to look at want programs are under enrolled and have the
least impact on students. STAND, how will this effect club/org funding? Petra:
clubs are funded by allocated fees through segregated fees and would have to
have student governance approval. See the PowerPoint slides here from the
Chancellor’s presentation.

noon today for OSA Pres/VP and Senators, OSA Elections March 10 and 11 8 am
