Hello, I represent the Computer Information Systems Department at Temple College. I
was calling in regards to the loaner computer that you got last semester. We need for you
to come in and sign additional paperwork that will allow you to continue the use of the
computer through this semester. We also wanted to let you know that a “hold” would be
placed on your records at TC and will remain there until the computer is returned.
