I love your kiddos! They all have great
personalities and are ready to learn all that first
grade has to offer. I am so excited for this year!
Conference Week; Early
Release at 12:50pm each day
A newsletter like this will come home every
Monday. It will contain important dates for the
school/district, classroom news, our weekly
spelling words, and sight words for the week, as
well as other information.
Reading each night for 20 minutes is your child’s
only homework for now. You can read to them,
they can read to you. I encourage you to take
them to the library and let them pick out books
Classroom Needs
that interest them. This is the most important
thing you can do to help your child this year.
Literacy Tip: Get a library card for your family. Libraries have computers, books and movies
to check out, programs for preschoolers, and lots more!
