My name is Andrew, and I am 13 years old. I have bought many Apple products, and I
am constantly purchasing music off of I-tunes. I have been very pleased with Apple
products. I would love to continue purchasing from Apple.
Recently, I purchased an I-pod Touch, and I was thoroughly pleased with it. That was
until I discovered a large scratch in the lower right hand corner. This was to my surprise
because I have never had these problems with your products. I feel Apple could do much
better than this.
I am requesting that I mail it to you, and that the screen will be replaced, free of charge. I
think Apple should also pay for the shipping and handling fees. I feel that this is the fair
and the only solution. Thank you for your time and your consideration.
