Reflect on the school honor code. Why is the word “honor” used in the name.
The groups will use all the knowledge we’ve gained this quarter related to moral decision
making. Please include sin, mortal and/or venial sin, and the 7 deadly sins that are related.
Use the Beatitudes (Matthew 5:1-11) to demonstrate how we can live by this honor code in
school and in our daily life. Discuss the challenges we face in this experience.
Please include a scenario that students can experience in school (ie. Cheating) and the
ramifications faced.
