1. What did the Articles of Confederation allow the government to do? What did it prevent them
from doing?
2. How does Shay’s Rebellion force us to meet after very few meet for the Annapolis Convection –
They are now going to create a constitution that helps to define the powers of the government
and help them to better rule/guide the citizens.
