INSTRUCTION SHEET
Visual Overview of the Marratech Interface
To switch from your Small Group Room back to T217 for Reporting Back to the Group
 Make sure that you click on the “world” tab at the bottom of the page if you are on the
whiteboard.

Click the home icon on the top of the screen

Type http://emeeting.tech.oru.se:8000/index.jsp into your address bar on Marratech and
hit enter

then click on T217 to enter that room

If you are prompted whether you want to start a new session or leave your room
ALWAYS CHOOSE “LEAVE” or Marratech may crash

If prompted to save your small group whiteboard, do so by following the path from the
top menu File-> Save. To be safe, also export your whiteboard images as jpegs to the
same destination by following the path from the top menu File->Export
