Moving from a Small Group Room into the Virtual Auditorium (T217)

To switch from your Small Group Room to the virtual auditorium (T217) for Reporting Back to the
Group

Make sure that you click on the “world” tab at the bottom of the
page if you are on the whiteboard.

Click the bookmarks icon on the top of the screen. The
bookmarks icon looks like:

If prompted to save your small group whiteboard, save it to the
desktop of your computer, preferably to the folder there which is dated for your
videoconference

Click on “Orebro Rooms” link. Then click on “T217” to enter that room
