SWITCHING BETWEEN VIRTUAL ROOMS ON MARRATECH
Visual Overview of the Marratech Interface
To switch virtual rooms during a Marratech session

Make sure that you click on the “world” tab at the bottom left of
the page if you are on the whiteboard.

Click the bookmarks icon on the top of the screen. The
bookmarks icon looks like:

If prompted to save your small group whiteboard, save it to the
desktop of your computer, preferably to the folder there which is dated for your videoconference

Click on “Orebro Rooms” or “Stanford Rooms”, depending on where you want to go.

The Virtual Auditorium, used for introductory and concluding remarks and reporting back, is
located in the Orebro Rooms, room T217
The small group rooms are located in the Stanford Rooms.

Click on the link to the room you want to enter (select “T217” for the auditorium; select the room
letter that corresponds with your group letter [i.e. Group A = Room A] for a small group room)

If prompted as to whether you want to start a new session or leave your room ALWAYS CLICK ON
LEAVE (or else Marratech might crash)
