Project Timelines
New Aquatic Center

The concept documents have been completed. The project is on hold until funds are identified.
Building 9 – 2nd Floor

This project to create a temporary space for the theater group has been put on hold.
2.
Skinner-Jones Halls North and South
Harvard Jolly is currently meeting with the occupants to review the Space Data
Sheets.
Classroom sizes were discussed.
Possible additional occupants (Student Conduct, Undergraduate Studies
Conference Room) will be reviewed.
3.
Fieldhouse (Aquatic Center Re-Purposing)
Construction is proceeding as scheduled with completion scheduled for the end of
July.
Equipment will be requested.
4.
Library Learning Commons
The main project is complete.
The sliding door, turn styles and security gates should be completed by the end of
May.
5.
Math Emporium
This project is currently on hold until direction is given regarding furniture and IT needs.
6.
Building 6 (The Annex)
This project is on-going. The bulk of the dust collections system and fume exhaust system has been designed to code requirements and will be bid out.
7.
Athletic and Recreation Facilities
Donors are being asked to fund soccer and sand volleyball courts.
Javelin runway project proceeding.

8.
Office of Academic Testing
A consultant has been hired to design a preliminary space and produce an order of magnitude cost analysis.
9.
Master Plan
A master plan update is in progress. The consultant will return in August with possible changes.
10.
CPR Store
The CPR store has closed and Business Services is actively looking for a tenant.
