1) Caregiver as savior= rescue children from parents
2) Caregiver as superior to parent= sees parents as clients and tries to change them and educate
them
3) Caregiver as partner to parent and family= mutual relationship communicating openly

Childcare programs should:
a) Focus on child

c) Schedule time for parent conferences
