New Hire, Rehire or Additional Job Refresher
If you are not sure which EPAF category to use, this may help:
You are doing a New Hire EPAF for a student worker
Whoops! The student already has another active assignment. You’ll
have to do an Additional Job EPAF
Unless…(click on All jobs) she has already been in the position. Then
you would use a REHIRE EPAF. Remember, the “Start Date” is the
same date as the “Job Begin Date.”
New Hire EPAFs should never have Secondary for the Contract type.
The same is true for all positions, not just students.
