Annual Monitoring Report on 2014/15 Course Provision for
Quality & Standards Committee

Schools which supply an annual return to an accrediting body may choose to submit
these returns instead of the School section of this form if they contain all the information
requested below.
Please complete this section of the form and return it to Quality and Standards,
Academic Services Division (via Annual-Monitoring@nottingham.ac.uk) by 11 December
2015 for undergraduate programmes and 18 March 2016 for postgraduate taught
programmes. Schools are advised to use a single form for groups of related
programmes e.g. one form for all undergraduate programmes in the school and one for
postgraduate taught programmes. Where possible, a single form should be used for
programmes that are delivered on multiple campuses.

Summary of changes to modules and/or programme structure, including changes in
method of delivery, designed to meet the programme learning outcomes more
effectively or to address student concerns e.g. through the National Student Survey. If
no such changes are needed, this section should simply confirm that the current
curriculum and its delivery remain relevant and appropriate.

Assessment
Summary of changes to forms of assessment designed to test programme learning
outcomes more effectively. If no such changes are needed, this section should simply
confirm that the current assessment remains relevant and appropriate.
6.
Student Performance
If data concerning degree class outcomes and progression statistics suggest any
concerns, this section should include any measures proposed to address these concerns.
If no such concerns exist, this should be noted below.
7.
University Issues
Please indicate below any issues arising from annual monitoring of these programmes
that should be considered by the University. This may include enhancements to teaching
practice and academic support within the programmes that could be of wider interest
within the University.
