Job Purpose: The Associate Developer Intern is a programming position focused on creating, enhancing and maintaining tools for the Trials organization. The role is project oriented and requires independent self-starters capable of abstract thinking and a creative approach to problems. The qualified candidate be flexible and capable of working upon multiple high priority tasks simultaneously and will be in a deadline driven environment without the support of a PMO, so project and time management skills are critical for success. This position is located in Tempe, Arizona and is scheduled flexible hours Monday through Friday. Internship will be through summer break. Essential Functions: New development of tools as needed to support the Trial and Advanced Services teams. Dashboard development and maintenance, as well as ongoing feature adds. Documentation of any and all tools worked on in a centralized documentation database Responsible use of version control of any shared codebase Bug fixes of deployed tools, including learning existing architectures that may have light or insufficient documentation in place.
