QUALIFICATIONS 1. High school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of (5) years experience in Human Resource; Associate Degree preferred. 2. Knowledge of computer applications as they apply to job responsibilities. 3. Effective skills in oral and written communication. 4. Ability to provide leadership to assigned personnel. 5. Ability to perform the essential functions of the position. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES *1. To manage the Human Resources reception area and related functions. *2. To manage all aspects of job vacancy postings including the district website. *3. To assist in New Employee Orientation. *4. To manage processing of application for positions. *5. To maintain existing Human Resources forms in a format electronically accessible to district and school personnel. *6. To assist in preparation of reports required in personnel division. *7. To assist in preparing reports and statistics, re: applicant. *8. To resolve problems with electronic application processing. *9. To interface with the MIS Department regarding software trouble shooting. *10. To act as a liaison between Personnel and worksites regarding the application systems. *11. To participate in the development of specifications and enhancements to current and future systems. *12. To perform assigned tasks in a timely and efficient manner. 13.
