New digital signage software and hardware
With the completion of Memorial Hall, there will be a state-of-the-art software and hardware
package located in that facility that allows us to message across all campus digital monitors. It
will enable us to continue local messaging on all digital monitors across the campus, and it
allows us to include university-wide messaging on all monitors.
We plan to implement this over the 2015-2016 academic year.
This will not impinge on local access to monitors. It will expand the usage of those monitors to
include university-wide messaging.
