Procedures for Private School/ Homeschool Evaluations
Requests for evaluation for children enrolled in private schools will
be handled as follows:


 If the child lives outside district and attends a private school
within district: The district in which the child lives will handle the
referral. 


 If the child lives within district and attends a private school
outside district: The psychologist at the preschool (South Fant or
West Market) for which the child will be zoned will handle the
referral. 


 If the child lives outside district and attends a private school
within district: The psychologist at the public school for which
the private school is zoned will handle the referral. 


For Children in Grades K-12:
 If the child lives within district and attends a private school within
district (or is homeschooled): The psychologist at the public school
for which the child will be zoned will handle the referral. 





 If the child lives within district and attends a private school
within district (or is homeschooled): The psychologist at the
preschool (South Fant or West Market) for which the child will be
zoned will handle the referral. 


For Children in Preschool:
 If the child lives within district and attends a private school
outside district: The district in which the child attends school will
handle the referral. 

