1.
Minutes of 1/21/15 were amended to add that Rashiqa moved and Scott Morris seconded the approval of minutes. Peggy moved and Rashiqa seconded a motion to approve the ameded minutes. Minutes as amended were approved.
2.
Linda Yu would like your FAQs on Advising to create a “Cheat Sheet” to assist all members of the department. Please e-mail them to her.
3.
Assessment Committee. Pascal reported that there is a draft Assessment Plan and that the committee created questions for the exit survey.
4.
D2L. Pascal reported that he can create multiple choice questions in Excel that change numbers and import them into D2L.
5.
Honors sections. Linda Yu reported that Jan Olson asked about whether honors sections for 341 and 344 are needed. Implications were discussed and Linda will report the comments to her.
6.
Task Force met about future projects.
7.
Scott Opsal reported that a company that sponsored some students to take the series licensing exam is willing to continue. He will check on the financial arrangements.
8.
Undergraduate research opportunities were discussed.
9.
FEI Scholarship. Candidates were discussed and Jessica Sabey will be sent forward as our candidate. Jon will write a recommendation.

Motion was approved at 4:18.
