TEAM REPORTS
Associated Students Organization – Mr. Brian Neesby
The car wash fundraiser was a success. The Auxiliary Service will be meeting to decide
how to generate more funds through sticker sales. Another fundraiser in the works is a
concert for early spring.
The students would like to have a competition to generate ideas on what the campus
mascot “Warrior” should look like.
Academic Senate – Ms. Julie Stewart
Ms. Stewart went to the Area C Conference in preparation for the Plenary Session.
President - Dr. Thomas M. Fallo
In the political arena there is a lot of concern for the fiscal health of California for next
year. According to Assemblyman Nakano a special session may be called in January
2003 to discuss budget issues.
Mr. Hanson will give a presentation on the Projected FTES for 2002-03 at the next
College Council meeting.
Facilities Needs
The informational campaign on facilities needs has ceased. There will be a newsletter
outlining what our needs are.
